Adding Searcharoo to CodePlex

Decided to add the Searcharoo version 7 code to CodePlex so that it's easier to release bugfixes between 'versions', and possibly invite other developers to participate (although not sure if that will make it less 'fun' to play around with).

Anyway, the process (while simple) didn't really have a great set of instructions to guide me through it (or else I just couldn't find them). Either way, I decided to document my experience for others → Adding Searcharoo to CodePlex (open to the public soon).
